iTILT's second project meeting was hosted by iTILT partner IUWIC. It turned out to be a most productive and pleasant event. To prepare for the next phase our partners from NICE university did a workshop on video reporting of IWB use in actual practice.
To this end also external input was provided: Sara Hennessy (Cambridge University) presented interesting information on research methods and results of the T-Media project, focusing on IWB use in the UK.
Being responsible for the development of the project's website I contributed a presentation and workshop on our newly developed Drupal content types that will allow us to publish the results of our classroom-based research and develop a repository of IWB materials with MFL-specific search options and references to relevant research literature.
IMO the careful planning of the agenda, the great facilities provided and careful choice of social venues undoubtedly contributed to the success of this event.
More info on the more personal aspects of the visit to this part of the UK see this blogpost on my personal site.
